Professional Standards Program

In 1999, Prudential California Realty formed a dispute resolution program patterned on long-standing National Association of Realtors guidelines. For the last seven years, we have provided a successful arena for solving conflict through internal mediations and arbitrations.  Jenny Paschall , who joined Prudential California Realty in 1996 as branch manager of Encinitas, has supervised this successful program since its inception. 

The program has now been expanded significantly as Prudential California Realty’s Professional Standards program.  It is designed to provide an environment for the agents to explore options on everything from agent disputes to ethical dilemmas and questions of professionalism.  In addition to facilitating dispute resolution through our mediation and arbitration programs, we are conducting training classes, office meetings and new agent education on conflict resolution, ethics and professionalism.  Jenny Paschall also acts as a resource to all the agents as well as the managers on a wide variety of subjects.  With both telephone and e-mail, she provides a neutral, confidential place to go.  A friendly ear, a sounding board and the advice of experience can guide our real estate professionals through all sorts of issues. 

Jenny Paschall’s Background

Jenny Paschall brings 27 years of experience in real estate in San Diego ’s North Coastal market selling residential and investment real estate, managing offices and training new agents to be career real estate professionals.  Her first volunteer assignment with the local association of Realtors was Professional Standards and she has been involved with it ever since.  She has been president of the San Dieguito as well as North San Diego Associations of Realtors, and has chaired Professional Standards, Strategic Planning, Education and Membership.  She was Realtor of the Year in 2002.  She spent eight years as a California Association of Realtors (CAR) state director and was CAR’s Region 29 chair.  She served several years as an Interboard Arbitrator for CAR.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Jenny currently resides in Cardiff with her husband of 27 years.  The Paschalls are proud of their three daughters and four grandchildren.  She earned her B.A. from American University .  When she is not working on professional standards, she is in the theater, in the movies, on the bowling alley or working on her sudoku board!
